You'll own Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads end to end, from setup to optimization, and tie it back to the wider marketing motion. Data-driven, not vibes-driven.
- Run paid campaigns on Google and LinkedIn that actually reach entrepreneurs, not just impressions.
- Optimize end to end from creative to bidding to landing pages, with a sharp eye on cost per qualified signup.
- Sit inside the marketing team so paid stays in lockstep with the rest of the brand and lifecycle work.
- Read the numbers and turn campaign data into the next test, not just a report.
- Keep us current on what's working in fintech and SaaS paid media this quarter, not last year.
02About you
- Proven track record running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, especially in fintech, SaaS, or B2B.
- Startup or scale-up reps — you know how to move with a small budget and a fast roadmap.
- Native or near-native English, extra European languages are a bonus.
- Analytical and creative in equal measure. You can build the spreadsheet and write the ad.
- Based in Europe or the US and freelancing solo — no agencies.
